Reservations
When you book a tour through our website or a travel agent you confirm you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. If and when we accept your booking we will do so in a confirmation email/ chat. We will attach relevant details for the tour, a payment invoice and a copy of these terms of use.
We will ask you to provide Bromo Wander Tour with all important valid and accurate documentation including:
Proof of identity including but not limited to passport details, etc
Arrival details
Your flight number
Category of the tour package you need
Number of participants
When the confirmation email/ chat has been sent, a confirmation number will be provided and the contract will be in place. Once the contract is in effect, you cannot cancel the order unilaterally other than in accordance with our cancellation policy and our Terms of Use.
It is responsible for checking the booking details received in the confirmation email etc. If for any reason these details are incorrect, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email etc. We reserve the right at our discretion to accept or reject any tour booking, for any reason.
Pricing, Payment and Charges
Published tour fees may fluctuate from the time of publication. We recommend that ‘you’ the customer, determine the latest price of the tour including any additional costs associated with it which Bromo Wander Tour provides at the time of booking. Once the confirmation email/ chat “contract” is issued, your tour Fee will not change. It is important that the fare in our trips always uses IDR currency, you can exchange the rate to IDR. Payment must be made with a 20% deposit and the next 80% full payment must be made in cash in IDR at the start date of the tour. If full payment is not completed a cancellation will commence. When making a payment through our website, we confirm that your payment is secure and that your financial details are forwarded through a secure service using SSL encryption technology. But if you are a customer in doubt, we will do the best way to keep the important information you have with other payment methods as an alternative.
Date Changes
If you wish to change your tour date after placing your booking, please let us know. We are unable to handle requests to change your tour date that are made suddenly very close to (2 weeks) the date of your tour start unilaterally. Requests to Change Your Tour Dates must be made in writing and the fees below will apply;
Less than 5 weeks: Requests for date changes received in less than 5 weeks will result in a small administration fee of 10% of your tour package and we will do our best to move you to a new date of your choice.
5 weeks or more: Date change requests received on or after 5 weeks more than your tour start date can be made free of charge.
We will always do everything we can to move you to a new tour date of your choice, but based on availability, we cannot guarantee a specific tour date.
Tour Cancellation and Refund
Any cancellation requests by customers must be made in writing and acknowledged by Bromo Wander Tour, if you wish to cancel your trip together and decide not to travel with Bromo Wander Tour at all, the following fees will apply;
Less than 3-5 weeks from the scheduled start of your tour we will refund 50% of your tour refund if you make full payment in advance.
Less than 3-5 weeks from the start of your tour schedule, for customers who pay a 50% deposit we cannot refund your tour funds, for that 50% we will use it as a fee
Itinerary Changes in Tour
Sometimes we make changes to your tour itinerary by referring to where it starts and ends and where you are going, to make your itinerary simple. Based on the nature of the services provided on a tour there are many factors outside of our control which may affect the Itinerary. We will do our best to provide the tour as stated on the tour itinerary. In the event of circumstances beyond our control resulting in a change to the Itinerary, we will not be responsible for offering full or partial refunds, but we will do our best to replace any missed inclusion with another incluson of equal or greater value.
Unused Tour Or Service
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or discounts for missed or unused Tours or Services, including voluntary or involuntary removal from Tours or Services. This includes but is not limited to; personal illness, illness or death of a family, late arrival of the tour, voluntary or involuntary transfer of the tour. If you decide to opt out of certain activities during the tour we reserve the right to refuse any form of refund or replacement of such activities.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
