Semeru volcano trekking, Mt Bromo Tour Package 4 Days :
DAY 01: SURABAYA / MALANG – HOMESTAY AROUND RANU PANE
- Our driver will pick you up using private AC (air conditioned) transportation in your arrivals at Surabaya, Malang (Airport, Train Station, Hotel) then take you to your homestay around Ranu Pane (nearest homestay from Semeru volcano) for 5 hours, then stay one night while enjoy mountain circumstance.
DAY 02: RANU PANE – RANU KUMBOLO – KALIMATI CAMP
- Wake you up to have breakfast, take shower, relax enoughly. Check out then depart to Semeru post office to submit Semeru Climb registration (submit your medical check, entrance fee and passport).
- Start Climb to Kumbolo Lake for 4 hours with your porter have rented before, Reach Ranu Kumbolo, break for lunch and rest enoughly. Ranu Kumbolo / Kumbolo Lake is situated on a valley with the lake covering 12 ha. It is a rest area which has views and upland ecosystems, located at altitude of 2400 above sea level.
- Continue hike to Kalimati Camp for 3 – 4 hours where we will rest and stay overnight by camping.
DAY 03 : KALIMATI – ARCOPODO – MT SEMERU
- Early morning wake up at 1.00 AM, Start hike to the summit of Semeru Volcano (3,676 meters) via Arcopodo village (2900 meters above sea level) and Cemoro Tunggal (3200 meters above sea level). Reach the crater’s rim in 4 hours, enjoy the sunrise and view until satisfied, taking photo from the crater and taking a rest in your tent, then trek down to Kalimati base camp (2700 meter above sea level) for 1,5 hours to have breakfast
- After finish breakfast, continue trek back to Ranu kumbolo around 2 – 3 hours then taking a rest and small lunch, here you will enjoy the beauty of the lake sight until finish and comeback to Ranu Panee (parking area) and continue your trip using private Jeep 4 WD to Hotel around Mount Bromo through the Savanna valley, and Sea of Sand for 2 hours.
- After You get your hotel, check in and stay 1 night.
DAY 04 : MT BROMO SUNRISE & CRATER – SURABAYA AIRPORT / HOTEL
- 02.30 AM, Wake You up for preparing, then start visit Mt Bromo Pananjakan for 30 minutes using private Jeep 4 WD.
- Reach Pananjakan Bromo peak, do trek to the view point for 10 minutes and wait Mt Bromo Sunrise time at 05.20 AM.
- Enjoy the beauty of Mt Bromo Sunrise and other views until finish at 06.20 AM. Afterward, continue to Mount Bromo volcano Crater for 20 minutes by stop in Sea of Sand (jeep parking). then, do continue trekking for 30 minutes to Bromo mountain crater or using horse ride for 15 minutes.
